Our main club night is Thursday night. We meet outside Rhydycar Leisure Centre at 6pm and provide
a route for a 4 and a 6 mile route. We do sometime mix it up and start from other locations but
this is always clearly stated on our Facebook Page.

Our 4 mile route is aimed at beginner runners, those who only want to run a 4 mile route and more
importantly those who love to chat!
Our 6 mile route is aimed at more experienced faster runners. There is a fast group and an
intermediate group who have regular stops and catch ups.

Both groups meet at the end for a cool down and a lovely photo! All groups have a back runner and
nobody gets left behind.
