ABOUT US

Merthyr Running Club is a friendly, social Welsh Athletics affiliated running club based in Merthyr Tydfil. We are a community group and welcome runners of all abilities and backgrounds. Our aim is to help members improve their fitness, wellbeing and personal running goals.
